Fantastic experience! My car was hit in a parking lot, so I wasn't paying for anything. I had done the pre-delivery information on the phone, and I did not have to do anything again. The appraiser examined the car with me, marking the spots to be fixed. Throughout the entire process I was kept informed through texts of what stage the repair was in and when it would be done. They called the rental company to come pick me up, and when the car was finished, I was able to leave the rental at Caliber. Lots of time saved! The work looks perfect, and the recalibration of backup lights, blind spot monitors, etc. is all great. The car was even washed when I picked it up! Most positive experience I've ever had at a repair shop!

Everyone is very professional and very polite. Someone hit my car and The Caliber Collison team made it look brand new as if it never happened. I Highly recommend this location.Attached is my before and after. Thank you to the Entire Team!

I would like to formally express my profound dissatisfaction with the service and the quality of the repairs performed on my vehicle. My car was struck while it was parked, and following Geico’s recommendation, I brought it to Caliber Collision, a facility presented as one of the best for this type of work. Although the process seemed appropriate at first, the final outcome has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, Service Advisor Darily Cruz and the manager accepted my vehicle with full knowledge of the condition in which it was delivered. The primary damage was located on the rear driver’s side, near the gas tank. Additionally, one of the taillights on that same side had been broken due to the impact, something I confirmed the following day when a burning smell became noticeable. We had to disconnect the light to prevent a greater risk, as there was clearly an internal component overheating. Despite this, the shop refused to repair the damaged light, and it remains in damaged condition to this day. Furthermore, the rear driver’s side light—after being removed and reinstalled during the repair process—was left loose and unstable, and it still remains in that conditio

When you go to Caliber Collision they are the best and keep you updated every step of the way. We had an issue with the front when we left the repair shop to where some screws came loose and it sounded like something was dragging. We got a call from Buddy this morning and he told us to bring it in and he took a look at it. He got it fixed till the new part came in and made sure that we were set. The customer service is superior from any body shop that I have been too and they will be my go too body shop from now on.. keep up the great work buddy and team :-) you made what was a stressful experience into a good one. **update 08/17/2023 Literally the best customer service out there. Had an issue and brought it by the shop and he took care of it. Thank you buddy you have a loyal customer and we will send folks your way

Horrible turnaround time and communication my car has been in the shop since November and it’s going on to April and have no updates on a rear body panel coming in. After weeks of asking for an update and photos they finally said something and sent me a few. Told me they expected the part to come in mid march and work to be done by the end of March and they would call me once the part arrived. I never got the call about the part needed arriving. I have emailed, and sent texts out to my rep and the GM. No response. Was worried to post a review because they still have my car and now I am worried they won’t install the parts correctly but they have left me no choice.
